Who needs Short Break care?

Children with disabilities may not have the same opportunities as other children. They often require considerable support to navigate their daily lives and reach their potential. There may be some children who will forever require ongoing personal care and / or supervision.

Our short break service is for children and young people aged between 0 and 18 who have a disability that is having a substantial and long-term adverse effect on their ability to perform day-to-day activities.
